Orders received after 5:00pm CST Sunday, August 16th will be delivered directly to the dorm on campus on Tuesday, August 18th. Please include the recipient’s phone number & dorm number with your enclosure message.

In partnership with the University of Alabama Panhellenic Association, Kelly Wilkin Floral Creative will be offering flower deliveries congratulating new members! The University of Alabama sorority recruitment begins on Saturday, August 8th with Bid Day on Sunday, August 16th. The University hosts the largest sorority recruitment in the nation, and it is a tradition to send flowers. ROLL TIDE! Kelly Wilkin Floral Creative would love to be a part of this exciting time! We know this is a big moment in her life, leaving home and embarking on her next chapter. In the event she decides to drop out of formal recruitment or doesn’t receive a bid, we will still send her a beautiful non-sorority specific flower arrangement to wish her well and love as she begins her school year at Alabama. No Refunds. Every flower arrangement is hand-delivered to the sorority house with a message from you! All deliveries will be made post-Bid Day, per UA guidelines. Each sorority has designated a specific time to receive New Member flowers. Your order will be made during that time. Deliveries on sorority row begin on Monday August 17th. Kelly Wilkin Floral Creative will deliver flowers to the sorority houses after Bid Day. Each sorority has designated a specific time and date for New Member deliveries. Following UA Panhellenic delivery guidelines, flower deliveries begin on Monday, August 17th. Your loved one will receive her flowers during this requested time set by Panhellenic and the respective sorority. We highly recommend flowers be delivered to the sorority house and are happy to make other delivery arrangements if requested.
As soon as the girls get their bids on actual Bid Day, Panhellenic will release this list to Kelly Wilkin Floral Creative. Until then we will not know which sorority she gets in. This list is highly confidential and cannot be given out at any time.
In the event she decides to withdraw from formal recruitment or doesn’t receive a bid, we will still send her a beautiful non-sorority specific flower arrangement to wish her well and love as she starts her school year at Alabama, in lieu of refund.
We recommend that you place your order now before the “rush” of orders begin. We will be taking orders now until after Bid Day.
